CGSL OS Life Cycle Descriptions

Software products have the same life cycle constraints as others, and life cycle planning is very important for our customers and partners, making versions of availability and content more predictable to help our customers and partners keep up-to-date with our latest research and development.

The CGSL lifecycle is divided into three phases: Full Support, Maintenance Support, and Extend Life Support. We provides a total of ten years of default support for the major CGSL releases, including full support and maintenance support, and then provides an additional two years of extended support as a supplement to the end of the maintenance support phase. The twelve-year life cycle of CGSL is the best possible solution to meet the ongoing refresh of new technologies, and to provide a foundational platform with guaranteed quality and safety for a considerable amount of time to meet the delivery promise of most products to customers.
